How Long are Ag Park Leases?

For state-owned land, leases awarded may run from 15 to 55 years.

Currently, the Board of Agriculture and Biosecurity has set by policy a maximum term of 45 years.

For private lands master-leased by the state, the lease term is determined through negotiation between the state and the land owner.
