- Deputy Joins National Ag Leaders in Support of Farm BillHDOA Deputy Scott Enright represented Hawaii at the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) at its annual meeting last week on Capitol Hill as NASDA encouraged Congress to pass a long-term Farm Bill.
